Prices
All prices for non-medical treat­ments include the statutory 8.1% VAT and are only valid for these named services.
In principle, all prices are binding and must be paid before the service is provided. 

Correc­tive proce­du­res following surgery are carried out on a fee basis by indivi­dual arrangement.

Appoint­ments
Appoint­ments not kept by the customer in the practice must be charged at CHF 150 for consul­ta­ti­ons for minor aesthetic measures and CHF 250 for consul­ta­ti­ons for surgery or the full treatment price for fixed treatment appoint­ments if they are not canceled in writing (e-mail or WhatsApp) at least 24 hours in advance.

This also includes initial consul­ta­tion appointments. 

The following rule applies to agreed surgery appoint­ments: In the case of planned and scheduled opera­ti­ons, it is often not possible for Medicine&Beauty AG to find a repla­ce­ment patient in the event of a cancellation.
Due to these planning diffi­cul­ties, it is only possible to cancel surgery appoint­ments free of charge if the customer does so in writing by e-mail or WhatsApp at least 7 days (calendar days) in advance.
For cancel­la­ti­ons made less than 7 calendar days before the planned operation, the customer will be charged 50% of the previously agreed operation costs.
Appoint­ments canceled by Medicine&Beauty AG for health, medical or technical reasons cannot be refunded or compensated.
An alter­na­tive date will be offered at no additio­nal cost.
